You will be a Manufacturing Support Team Member for our dynamic manufacturing team  Our team is responsible for driving production, business, and process excellence in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment, leveraging expertise in multiple cross‑functional areas

## What You Will Be Doing

As a Manufacturing Support Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting our production, business, and other processes, collaborating across various functions to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation  Your responsibilities will include:

+ Facilitating self‑directed work teams and providing training in core skill areas to teams and peers

+ Interacting with internal and external customers to resolve problems, improve processes, and plan products

+ Contributing to production planning and control, total quality management, and process reengineering efforts

+ Collaborating with manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and systems teams to drive business outcomes

+ Analyzing and improving processes to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

* Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or up to 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree  Considered experienced, but still a learner

Must be a U S  citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
