Machine Operator – Injection

Location: Denver, CO

Wage Rate: $21.25–$26.65 per hour

Injection Mold Machine Operator employees are responsible for the packaging and movement of finished product, computer‑based data entry, ticket generation and proper product staging. They perform all aspects of safe machine operation, follow good manufacturing practices, identify and correct quality problems, and troubleshoot the injection molding process.

• Ensure finished product is packaged for shipment per customer specifications and internal requirements.
• Start all types of injection presses from a cold state and understand machine operation.
• Set machine conditions to meet production standards while maintaining quality.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and complete daily clean‑up.
• Notify Lead, Quality or Shift Technician when a quality issue occurs.
• Understand dryer, chiller, mold components and preform dimension measurements.
• Assist with mold changes, set‑ups and minor maintenance.
• Follow safety rules, use PPE, and communicate hazards.
• Support Blow Mold Machine Operators and team members for a positive environment.
• Perform related duties as directed.
• Report safety concerns or incidents promptly.
• Demonstrate care to self and others to prevent injury.
