TheWork
- As a test technician in the sub assembly area, you will perform a variety of product validation/testing related activities on electronic, mechanical, or electromechanical assemblies.
- You will be required to work from diagrams and drawings, use multimeters, complex test equipment, and common hand and/or power tools.
- You will need to make continuity checks on work in process and completed.
- In some cases, you may be required to do minor disassembly according to Test and Manufacturing Engineering instructions.

BasicQualifications
- Must have strong ability to read, interpret, and use engineering drawings and schematics to perform product verification testing.
- Must have strong ability to read, interpret, and use engineering drawings and schematics alongside program specific documentation to begin troubleshooting efforts to ultimately address any non-conformances with the product or assembly.
- Must have ability to use test equipment such as power supplies, continuity checkers, multimeters, etc.
- Successful candidate should have strong defect recognition skills.
- Strong ability to interact with peers and support team to improve build processes.
- Prior experience testing electromechanical components and assemblies.
- Experience working with Performance Management Teams (PMTs) to identify process improvements.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full‑time; the work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to employees. Schedules range from a standard 40‑hour, five‑day week to condensed schedules that allow additional time away from the office, in addition to Paid Time Off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
