Warehouse Material Handler

Position Summary

U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

The schedule for this position is Monday‑Friday 7:30 am‑4:00 pm or until work is completed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; when lifting commercial tires, perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
• Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
• Work at heights up to 25 feet safely while operating equipment.
• Be on the move and able to work on your feet for extended periods; overtime may be required.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and ensure adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
• Assist other departments (ecomm, inventory, etc.) as business needs dictate.
• Perform other job‑related tasks as directed by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to lift products weighing up to 80 pounds, exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds, and work at heights up to 25 feet. Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and a self‑retracting lifeline (SRL). All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel or composite toe boots.

The work environment may expose the employee to changing weather conditions and moderate noise levels. Fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants may be present.

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• At least 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortable working at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Abide by all company safety policies and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test (THC/marijuana excluded).
