Position Summary The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for managing the efficient flow of incoming and outgoing materials. This role ensures all goods are properly documented, inspected for quality, and delivered to the correct destination while maintaining compliance with company and food packaging safety standards.

Key Responsibilities Shipping & Receiving Operations Receive and unload incoming shipments manually or using equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
Inspect incoming goods for damage and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders

Accurately document all incoming and outgoing materials

Prepare, package, wrap, and ship outgoing products and supplies

Coordinate company and customer pickups and deliveries

Deliver and retrieve materials to and from production or storage areas

Inventory Management Tag, label, and issue materials as required

Stock shelves and rotate inventory to maintain accuracy and freshness

Maintain organized storage areas to ensure efficiency and accessibility

Utilize inventory management systems to track materials and movements

Equipment & Facility Support Assist in maintaining company equipment, including forklifts and warehouse tools

Support general warehouse operations and ensure a clean, safe environment
