Purpose

To drive growth and profitability for the Temsa NA Spare Parts division by improving, expanding, and enhancing our product offering.

Duties
  • Identify sources for product based on quality, pricing, and need.
  • Create and launch new product offerings based on market needs, feedback, and opportunities.
  • Ensure parts and product offerings are appropriately priced for the market.
  • Work closely with Procurement to stock parts and products for expected demand.
  • Work with Marketing and Management to market parts and products.
  • Work with suppliers on product quality, changes, and identification of changes.
  • Reports on objectives, progress, and performance of initiatives.
Skills/qualifications
  • Creative, innovative, problem solver, self-driven.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate clearly with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
  • General understanding of Engineering and/or Mechanics.
  • Able to read schematics, diagrams, and manuals.
  • Previous use with ERP system preferred.
  • Microsoft Office
