Position Summary
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Friday–Sunday 5:00am–5:30pm or until work is completed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; when lifting commercial tires, perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
- Exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work at stock racks up to 25 feet tall safely while operating equipment.
- Remain on your feet for extended periods and be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to our culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments such as ecomm, inventory, and will‑call as business needs arise.
- Perform any other job‑related tasks assigned by your supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

The employee must be qualified in visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequently lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Occasionally exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handle commercial tires by rolling, destacking, performing team lifts, or using mechanical equipment. Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline.
All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel or composite toe boots. The work environment may involve exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- One year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
- Pass forklift certification.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
- Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Work in a team environment.
- Pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana testing).
