Aramark - - Responsibilities:
Lead the whole food production in kitchen and ensure standardized production flow while focusing on food safety and quality;
Design menu, prepare orders and work out the food production procedures according to client and account manager requirements;
Make purchasing plans for food materials and manage inventory; assist with cost control and waste reduction;
Train and develop staff through ARAMARK JST and JSR training programs;
Establish good communication with clients and meet or exceed client requirements
