- Schedule is Full-time
- Pay is $22- $25 DOE
Support the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) team by maintaining technical data, assisting production teams, and ensuring high-quality manufacturing processes. Collaborate closely with engineers to troubleshoot, document, and improve production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, compile, and update engineering data, drawings, and machine operation procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between engineers and production teams, resolving shop-floor issues and updating work instructions.
- Assist with Qnotes, EODIs, routing, work instruction creation, and status reporting.
- Support lean initiatives and process improvements through PMT activities.
- Maintain shop aids and program assembly machines; provide hands-on support for Wire Cut operations.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with mechanical/pneumatic tools, cable/harness production, and wire cutting/stripping.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
- 3-5 years manufacturing experience.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems.
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge and process improvement experience.
