We have multiple positions open starting between 4:00 am and 8:00 am. All shifts last until the product run is completed for the day.

Our Production and Packaging workers help us to provide high quality breads, bagels, and pretzels to major customers across Central Florida. If you possess these skills and attributes, New York International Bread Co. wants you as part of our team!

New York International Bread Co. is a high-volume bakery located in Orlando, FL. Founded in 1985, the company has expanded and acquired new business year after year and is constantly looking to grow and expand our team.

• Arrive for scheduled shifts on time in a clean uniform with all required PPE.
• Always maintain cleanliness at workstation.
• Preparing products for baking on our production lines using various machines.
• Send product through various machines as required including slicers, baggers, taggers, etc.
• Remove irregular product into waste bins.
• Stack trays of packaged product and move to shipping area.
• Adhere to all GMP’s & safety standards.
• Perform light sanitation duties following every shift.

• Applicant must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position.
• Applicant must pass a drug test during the pre-employment process.

• Can communicate satisfactorily in English.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds consistently throughout entire shift.
