Description
You will be the Manufacturing Support Team Member for the Manufacturing Support Team. Our team is responsible for supporting production, business, and other processes. As the Manufacturing Support Team Member you will be responsible for collaborating across functions to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation while supporting our production and business operations.

ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Interact with program and floor support to resolve problems, improve processes, and plan products.
- Assist Product Leads with managing projects that keep production on track and on target.
- Analyze and improve processes to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clear documentation and reporting of process changes.
- Completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Degree focus in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or other major with relevant experience
- Experience with tracking and managing quality, and schedule in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working in a union environment
- Performance Management Team experience
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques
- Test and Assembly Experience
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility in Orlando, Florida.
Other InformationMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Security Clearance:
This position requires a government security clearance. Clearance Level: Secret.
Experience Level: Experienced Professional.
