A well-established industrial repair organization is seeking a skilled and dependable Driveline Technician to join its Orlando team. This is a hands‑on, shop‑based role focused on rebuilding, repairing, and fabricating drivetrain components and related systems. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced shop environment.

• Rebuild and repair driveline and auxiliary components
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical systems
• Diagnose issues and implement reliable solutions
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Manage multiple jobs and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability
• Experience with welding and fabrication
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast‑paced shop environment
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and coachable
• Ability to read and write in English
• Must have a full set of tools required to perform job duties

• Experience working with driveline, powertrain, or hydraulic components
• Background in diesel, heavy equipment, or industrial repair environments
• Exposure to components such as PTOs, pumps, or winches
