Position Summary

Zaho Global Enterprises LLC, a custom architectural millwork manufacturer in Orlando, Florida, is hiring an experienced Cabinet Builder / Bench Carpenter. We need a hands‑on shop builder who can read shop drawings and build custom commercial millwork with accuracy, quality, and limited hand‑holding. This is not an entry‑level helper, general carpentry‑only, CNC operator, or edge bander position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, elevations, sections, dimensions, and fabrication details.
  • Build and assemble custom cabinets, casework, panels, counters, trim, and specialty architectural millwork.
  • Work with plywood, MDF, hardwood, veneer, laminate, adhesives, hardware, edge details, and finished surfaces.
  • Perform laminating, veneer work, fitting, trimming, sanding, assembly, and preparation for finish.
  • Verify dimensions, layout, fit, reveals, edge treatments, and quality during fabrication.
  • Identify missing information or unclear details before work is built incorrectly.
  • Safely use common cabinet shop hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment.
  • Protect finished materials and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant shop experience in architectural millwork, commercial casework, custom cabinets, exhibit/scenic fabrication, theme work, or high‑end custom building.
  • Ability to read and build from shop drawings with limited hand‑holding.
  • Strong measuring, layout, tape measure, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Own basic hand tools required.
  • Detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to communicate clearly with production leadership.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift materials as required.
  • Successful completion of drug and background screening.
Preferred Experience
  • Commercial hospitality, restaurant, hotel, theme park, exhibit, or high‑end custom millwork experience.
  • AWI/QCP exposure or familiarity with architectural woodwork standards.
  • Field installation experience is a plus, but shop fabrication and assembly remain the primary focus.
  • Ability to coordinate with saw, CNC, edge banding, finishing, and installation teams; however, this is not a CNC or edge bander role.
Compensation and Benefits

Full‑time position with weekly pay, direct deposit, vacation pay, 401(k), and benefits. Pay is based on experience, skill level, print‑reading ability, and ability to build custom architectural millwork with limited hand‑holding.
