Manufacturing Planner Associate​/Entry-level​/Orlando, FL

Overview

Manufacturing Planner ASC – Production Planning and Control organization supporting the material center. Responsible for driving material movements and planning in support of manufacturing operations to meet business objectives.

• Monitoring and managing production schedules, material procurement, and workflow prioritization.
• Coordinating with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain management.
• Ensuring data integrity in the MRP system and effective management of kit issues and hardware needs.
• Implementing and managing engineering and process changes in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Providing status reports and analyzing production data to inform business decisions.
• Working collaboratively with manufacturing supervision and industrial engineering team members to prioritize workflow.

• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or related field.

• Degree from an accredited college in a field such as supply chain management, or operations management.
• Business SAP ERP experience.
• Very good organization and communication skills.
• Past experience with Buy Planning, Manufacturing and/or Make Planning.
• Ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry peers, a represented workforce or business.
• Knowledge of Material Management System (MMS).
• Inventory Control and material handling knowledge, including experience with material requirements and Dock/Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping/Transportation areas.
• ASCM Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
• Proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills.

Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must obtain a Secret clearance.
