Key Responsibilities- Repair pallets per company guidelines: remove defective boards, replace with new boards, and nail replaced boards into place.
- Use a pneumatic nail gun and reciprocating saw to perform repairs.
- Drag or pull pallets weighing approximately 75 lb and operate the nail gun, weighing about 35 lb.
- Conduct visual inspections to identify defects or irregularities in pallet construction.
- Meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and report hazards immediately.
- Stand for long periods and repeatedly lift pallets weighing 60–75 lb.
- Troubleshoot jams and perform basic maintenance of the saw.
- Physical strength, hand‑eye coordination, and endurance.
- Strong concentration on tasks.
- Ability to understand and communicate information effectively.
- At least 2 years of previous experience working in an industrial, fast‑moving setting with industrial machinery.
