2nd Shift Pallet Repair Operator

• Repair pallets per company guidelines: remove defective boards, replace with new boards, and nail replaced boards into place.
• Use a pneumatic nail gun and reciprocating saw to perform repairs.
• Drag or pull pallets weighing approximately 75 lb and operate the nail gun, weighing about 35 lb.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify defects or irregularities in pallet construction.
• Meet daily production targets.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and report hazards immediately.
• Stand for long periods and repeatedly lift pallets weighing 60–75 lb.
• Troubleshoot jams and perform basic maintenance of the saw.

• Physical strength, hand‑eye coordination, and endurance.
• Strong concentration on tasks.
• Ability to understand and communicate information effectively.

• At least 2 years of previous experience working in an industrial, fast‑moving setting with industrial machinery.
