** Position Overview*
* Manpower client is seeking dependable General Laborers for a short-term, 1-week assignment in Orlando. This role focuses on facility cleanup, general labor support, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, hardworking, and able to perform physical tasks in an industrial setting.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Perform general cleanup of warehouse and production areas

+ Remove debris, trash, and scrap materials from work zones

+ Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of floors and equipment areas

+ Assist with basic labor tasks as needed by supervisors

+ Operate a pallet jack as needed (preferred experience)

+ Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

+ Support team members in maintaining an organized facility

** Requirements*
* + Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods

+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

+ Pallet jack experience preferred

+ Must be able to work the full schedule (Tuesday - Saturday for the duration of the assignment)

+ Steel-toe boots required

+ Strong work ethic and reliability

+ Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

+ Prior warehouse or industrial experience is a plus, but not required

* + Industrial/warehouse setting

+ Exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures

+ Safety equipment may be required
