Lockheed Martin - - Responsibilities:
Interpret drawings and 3D models to develop fabrication processes and generate NC code in a Build to Print environment;
Plan, tool, and set up multi-axis mills, lathes, and mill-turn machines (including 5-axis contouring) for complex prototype hardware;
Create and verify NC programs using CAD/CAM software to meet exacting tolerances;
Fabricate fixtures, work-holding solutions, and custom tooling to support unique part geometries;
Measure and inspect machined components to ensure compliance with engineering specifications
