Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Effective project management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)

Join our team as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for the Machining Operations Center/Manufacturing Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for creating and improving manufacturing strategies for ultra-precision CNC machined. Our team plays a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions for technical and organizational challenges.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Deliver verbal and written status reports, highlighting project milestones and progress
  • Communicate project risks, solutions, and schedule impacts to stakeholders
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure the team is progressing in the right direction
  • Represent the team in programmatic reviews and status meetings
  • Assist in the development of proposals
  • Create/update work instructions, mfg. sketches, and other shop floor documentation to support production needs
  • Coordinate shop‑floor support as necessary to resolve technical and manufacturing issues
  • Organize discussions and approaches to Root Cause analysis of component non‑conformances and ensure implementation of effective Corrective Action
  • Monitor and report on quality, schedule, and cost performance of assigned projects/programs
