We are seeking skilled Machinist I-III candidates for direct hire opportunities in Orlando, FL. Key Responsibilities- Set up, program, and operate machining equipment including Prototrak mills, CNC mills, CNC lathes, and related precision manufacturing equipment.
- Create, edit, and troubleshoot conversational programs or G and M code programs based on machine type and job requirements.
- Select proper tooling, speeds, feeds, inserts, offsets, and work holding methods to produce quality parts efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and GD&T callouts to machine parts to print specifications.
- Perform in‑process and first article inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, precision measuring tools, and CMM as needed.
- Maintain production documentation, follow safety procedures, keep the work area organized, and communicate job status, tooling needs, and quality concerns.

Multiple positions available for CNC mill, Prototrak mill, and CNC lathe machinists. - Shifts:
First shift is 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Second shift is 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. - Overtime:
Saturday overtime may be available. For second shift, overtime may involve starting at 1:00 PM instead of 3:00 PM. - Second shift includes shift differential pay.
