We are seeking skilled Machinist I-III candidates for direct hire opportunities in Orlando, FL. • Set up, program, and operate machining equipment including Prototrak mills, CNC mills, CNC lathes, and related precision manufacturing equipment.
• Create, edit, and troubleshoot conversational programs or G and M code programs based on machine type and job requirements.
• Select proper tooling, speeds, feeds, inserts, offsets, and work holding methods to produce quality parts efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and GD&T callouts to machine parts to print specifications.
• Perform in‑process and first article inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, precision measuring tools, and CMM as needed.
• Maintain production documentation, follow safety procedures, keep the work area organized, and communicate job status, tooling needs, and quality concerns.

• Pay: $27 to $30 per hour.

• Shifts:
  
  First shift is 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Second shift is 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
• Overtime:
  Saturday overtime may be available. For second shift, overtime may involve starting at 1:00 PM instead of 3:00 PM.
• Second shift includes shift differential pay.
