Prosthetics Technician

About the Role

Under the supervision of the Team Lead, produce check sockets and laminated definitive prosthetic sockets as indicated by production orders.

• Fabricate prosthetic devices following established work instructions and quality standards.
• Operate machinery such as power tools and maintain a high level of hand‑eye coordination.
• Mix pigments according to formula to replicate customer requests.
• Test prostheses for freedom of movement, sealed valves, alignment of parts, and biomechanical stability, using plumb line and alignment fixtures.
• Maintain and request adequate supplies of fabrication materials and components.
• Maintain and clean the production area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of high school or GED.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well as a team member and leader.
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Some experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful.

Regularly required to talk or hear, frequently to sit, occasionally to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Requires close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

US base pay range for this full‑time position is $19.44 - $23.06 plus benefits. Pay is determined by role, level, location, and individual experience.
