Supply Chain Specialist

To thrive as a Supply Chain Specialist I, you bring strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for keeping operations running seamlessly from end to end! In this role, you will function as a Production Planner/Buyer, responsible for production scheduling along with procurement activities to ensure uninterrupted supply. You will monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and achieve fill rate goals, analyze data to identify trends or discrepancies, and collaborate with manufacturing, distribution, and finance teams to resolve issues. We rely on you to maintain accurate system data, support purchasing activities, and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and performance across the supply chain.

• Must be able to work onsite in Orlando, FL.
• High School Diploma required; preferred education in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory management, purchasing, or materials planning
• Advanced Excel skills (v‑lookups, pivot tables, if‑then statements)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and inventory control systems
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with suppliers
• Ability to analyze data, investigate discrepancies, and recommend process improvements
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
