Auto Body Technician

Revology Cars is hiring an Automotive Body Technician to build new reproductions of 1960s Mustangs and Shelby GTs. PAY AND BENEFITS

• An upholstery technician at Revology Cars will make between $25.00 and $34.00 per hour, depending on their skills and experience.
• This is not a flat rate job. The pay is stable, and you don't have to worry about not being assigned enough hours.
• The work week is 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday.
• We offer company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision coverage, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
• 80 hours paid time off (PTO) starts accruing immediately after hire, and new hires are eligible for holiday pay after only 90 days.
• All full-time employees are eligible for our 401(k) with up to 4% company match after only 180 days.

• This position is for an experienced auto body tech.
• Responsibilities include welding, fitting, gapping, panel fitment, and metal finishing.
• The variety of jobs available means there is a path to career growth as a technician becomes more skilled.

• At least two (2) years of experience in automotive body work.
• Experience in welding, fitting, gapping, panel fitment, and metal finishing.
• Very high standard of quality with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to learn, remember, and maintain pace of steps involved in performing a job after instruction, training, and familiarisation with the tasks.
• Ability and willingness to understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written.
• Ability to perceive differences in very specific details when inspecting parts or work performed, checking for defects or quality issues, or when distinguishing various parts/components by identification number or code.
• Ability and willingness to work in a team environment, including helping co-workers, maintaining and promoting a safe work environment, treating co-workers with dignity and respect regardless of personal differences, and accepting and following instructions and requests from leadership.
• All positions require familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to use, or willingness to learn how to use, an iPad.
