Assistant Manager of Control Systems

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Manager of Control Systems Applications to lead a team responsible for the design, implementation, and support of enterprise control systems and security technologies. This role will oversee daily operations while driving system enhancements, ensuring reliable performance, and supporting large-scale infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background combined with proven leadership experience, including mentoring and developing junior analysts.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT or control systems within a complex enterprise environment
• Proven experience leading teams, including mentoring and developing junior staff
• Hands‑on experience with CCTV, Access Control Systems, IP cameras, and analog encoders
• Experience with enterprise security platforms such as NICE CCTV, SAFE Badge Management, Lenel, and CCure ACS
• Strong understanding of system integrations, networking fundamentals, and enterprise‑level troubleshooting;
  Multi‑site control/security system deployments
• Public sector / airport experience
