Auto Repair Technician

Revology Cars is hiring an Automotive Body Technician to build new reproductions of 1960s Mustangs and Shelby GTs.

• Hourly rate: $25.00 to $34.00, depending on skills and experience.
• No flat rate; pay is stable and there are no concerns about insufficient hours.
• Work week: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Friday.
• Company-sponsored medical, dental and vision coverage, plus an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
• 80 hours paid time off (PTO) accrues immediately; holiday pay after 90 days.
• Eligible for 401(k) with up to 4% company match after 180 days.

• Experienced automotive body technician required.
• Responsibilities include welding, fitting, gapping, panel fitment and metal finishing.

• At least two (2) years of automotive body work experience.
• Proficiency in welding, fitting, gapping, panel fitment and metal finishing.
• High standard of quality with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to learn, remember and keep pace of steps after instruction and training.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to detect specific details when inspecting parts, checking for defects or identifying components by number or code.
• Team‑work skills: helping co‑workers and maintaining a safe work environment while treating all with dignity and respect.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn iPad usage.
