Lingo Staffing is Hiring – Sanitation Operator | Orlando, FL | Start ASAP!
Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining all liquid, topical product manufacturing equipment, transfer systems, pumps, mixers, fillers, and facility areas in compliance with cGMP, safety, and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and product safety in a manufacturing environment.
Pay & Schedule- Starting Pay: $17.00+ per hour (Based on Experience)

Shift: Monday
- Friday: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM - Split
Shift: Monday
- Friday: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM - Overtime available as needed
- Follow all cGMP, safety, sanitation, and SOP requirements.
- Minimum 2 years of sanitation, janitorial, manufacturing, or industrial cleaning experience.
- Experience working in food manufacturing, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or regulated production environments preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain production equipment, pumps, mixers, fillers, and transfer systems.
- Dismantle, clean, sanitize, and reassemble manufacturing and filling equipment.
- Operate and maintain cleaning and sanitation equipment.
- Maintain accurate sanitation records and documentation.
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and ready for production use.
- Follow Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and PPE requirements when handling cleaning chemicals and sanitizing agents.
- Report equipment issues, inventory shortages, and sanitation concerns to management.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and production equipment after use.
- Follow proper sanitary procedures when handling inventory and production materials.
- Assist with training new employees within the sanitation department.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Comfortable working in wet, humid, and occasionally slippery environments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
