Lingo Staffing is Hiring – Sanitation Attendant | Orlando, FL | Start ASAP!
Sanitation Attendant – Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, drums, and facility areas while ensuring compliance with cGMP, safety, and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, safety‑conscious, and capable of working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Pay &Schedule:
- $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday: 3:30PM - 12:00AM
- Overtime and weekend work may be required
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain facility equipment, drums, and production areas.
- Minimum of 2 years of janitorial, sanitation, or industrial cleaning experience.
- Previous manufacturing, food production, pharmaceutical, or supplement industry experience preferred.
- Follow all cGMP, safety, sanitation, and SOP requirements.
- Perform general housekeeping and cleanup throughout the facility.
- Respond to emergency cleaning and maintenance requests as needed.
- Monitor cleaning supply inventory and report shortages to management.
- Report any safety, quality, or cGMP concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and sanitation tools.
- Complete all required sanitation logs and documentation accurately.
- Assist with training new employees and temporary staff as needed.
- Cross‑train in multiple sanitation functions and support department operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Understanding of cleaning chemicals, sanitation procedures, and workplace safety practices.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Comfortable working in wet, humid, and occasionally slippery environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed.
