Mold Maker

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Mold Makers for projects located in the Orlando, FL area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $23-25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Build fiberglass, FRP, silicone, and composite molds per shop drawings
• Safely operate grinders, drills, sanders, and other hand/power tools
• Mix, apply, and finish materials to produce structurally sound molds
• Inspect molds for precision, quality, and QA/QC compliance
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work spaces
• Follow production schedules and fabrication procedures

• Experience with fiberglass, FRP, silicone, or composite mold fabrication
• OSHA 10: TI can provided training for qualified candidates
• All PPE
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
