We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Capsule Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential to ensuring capsules are produced efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.

• Operate capsule filling equipment and support daily production activities.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and routine cleaning.
• Accurately complete production logs and batch records.
• Verify output quantities and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow all company policies related to quality, safety, and compliance.

• Strong attention to detail and consistency in execution.
• Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work overtime when required.
• Ability to communicate in a multilingual team environment (English required; Portuguese and/or Spanish are a plus).

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and reading comprehension.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Familiarity with regulated environments (cGMP) is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

• Production floor environment.
• Exposure to raw materials, including potential allergens.

• Pay starts at $18/hour, with higher rates available depending on experience.
