About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Capsule Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential to ensuring capsules are produced efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
What You’ll Do- Operate capsule filling equipment and support daily production activities.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and routine cleaning.
- Accurately complete production logs and batch records.
- Verify output quantities and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all company policies related to quality, safety, and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in execution.
- Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required.
- Ability to communicate in a multilingual team environment (English required; Portuguese and/or Spanish are a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math and reading comprehension.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Familiarity with regulated environments (cGMP) is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Production floor environment.
- Exposure to raw materials, including potential allergens.
- Pay starts at $18/hour, with higher rates available depending on experience.
