• Complete welding operations from blueprints, drawings, verbal instructions, and models
• Enforce company processes, procedures and safety culture while working at company facilities
• Collaboratively work with co-workers in the fabrication shop helping to foster a strong team-work mentality

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years of professional experience working on or around heavy machineryor a manufacturing facility
• 1+ years of experience welding in a manufacturing environment with at least two of the following methods: flux cored arc welding (FCAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), or gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW)
• Desire to learn and improve self and company
• Ability to quickly and accurately read basic measuring devices such as a tape measure or calipers

• Experience as a multi-process welder with the ability to fabricate and weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• 3+ years of professional experience in GMAW & GTAW welding with one or more of the following materials: stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum
• Previous welding qualifications qualified in accordance with one or more governing codes; AWS D1.1, AWS D1.2, AWS D1.6, AWS D17.1, or ASME Section IX
• Highly proficient in grinding and finishing
• Knowledge in GTAW welding techniques and engineering requirements
• Knowledge in occupational hazards and effective safety precautions of the trade
• Use of precision measuring instruments
• Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read engineering prints, proficient interpretation of GD&T feature interpretation
• Desire to work collaboratively across several teams as needed to complete projects requiring multiple disciplines
• Strong communication skills and a desire to help achieve company goals in a dynamic and challenging environment
• Possess a strong desire to help maintain shop cleanliness and organization, and maintain a lean manufacturing environment

• Ability to pass background check
• Available to work all required shift hours and be available to work overtime, and weekends, as needed
• Current staff is working 5x 10’s from ~5AM - 3:30PM, Mon-Fri (Subject to change)
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) unassisted
• Ability to perform job duties that require standing, kneeling, crouching, twisting upper body, working in cramped positions in small openings and climbing hand over hand
• Typically exposed to work in extreme outdoor environments – heat, cold, rain
• Work performed in an environment requiring exposure to fumes, odors, and noise
