Wood/Plastic Sub-Assembly Technician
Regal Boats is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Wood/Plastic Sub-Assembler to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling pre-cut or pre-manufactured wood and plastic components used throughout the boat-building process.
The ideal candidate will work on assembling raw materials, putting parts together, performing trim work, and assembling carpentry components that support Regal's manufacturing flow. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to producing high-quality components for downstream assembly and final construction.

Work Environment:
Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature, reaching over 100 degrees Fahrenheit at times.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend at the waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time. The employee is frequently required to climb into and out of the boats using stairs. The employee must frequently be able to lift 50 pounds, work 10-hour days with most of the time being on their feet, and work overtime, whether planned or unplanned.
