M&R Press Operator

Hittn’ Skins is hiring an experienced Screen Printing Press Operator in Orlando, Florida to help produce premium custom apparel and merchandise for brands, events, restaurants, schools, automotive companies, breweries, streetwear labels, and national activations.

This position works hands-on with professional M&R screen printing equipment in a fast-paced production environment focused on quality, consistency, organization, and attention to detail. Applicants with experience in manual or automatic screen printing, production workflows, ink mixing, setup, reclaim, quality control, and garment handling are strongly encouraged to apply.

Our team produces everything from retail-quality apparel collections and promotional merchandise to event apparel, uniforms, specialty printing projects, and large-scale brand campaigns. This is an opportunity to work inside a creative production facility with real equipment, real brands, and long-term growth opportunities within the custom merchandise industry.

We’re looking for an experienced Press Operator to join our screen printing team full-time. This is a fast-paced production role for someone confident running both manual and auto presses with minimal oversight.

Hours:

Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM (OT possible)

Pay:
Based on experience, speed, and print quality.
