Orlando, FL

Full Time:
Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Hourly Rate: $23-25

As our Door Shop Maintenance Worker, you will have the opportunity to start our first door shop in the Florida market!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting to maintain equipment uptime
• Repair or replace faulty components and support root cause resolution of breakdowns
• Conduct inspections, monitor performance, and escalate risks or quality concerns
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers
• Follow maintenance schedules and document completed work
• Partner with production teams to resolve equipment issues quickly
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety procedures
• Support installation of new equipment and continuous improvement efforts
• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus

Operational Support

• Pick, pack, and ship building materials (mouldings, doors)
• Read pick lists and ensure order accuracy
• Lift and move materials (49–69 lbs.)
• Operate equipment (e.g., electric tugger)
• Maintain clean work areas and support binning/put-away
• Complete work safely, accurately, and on time

Who You Are

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50lbs
• Experience in maintenance role in a door shop/warehouse environment
• Solid work ethic and a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment
