Welder (Full Time).

Location:

Cameron Manufacturing & Design - Florida, LLC. Shift: Days.

• Design, welding, and fabrication of metal parts and components.
• Perform quality checks and in‑process quality control.
• Read and understand construction and welding drawings.
• Prepare welding surfaces and make basic adjustments to welding equipment.
• Perform fit‑up and assembly under moderate supervision.
• Follow shop safety rules and regulations.
• Other duties as required.

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience; technical school preferred.
• Ability to pass one (1) welding certification.
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
• Ability to work with moderate supervision.
• Understanding of welding symbols and design drawings.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push & pull up to 75 lbs, stand, stoop, reach, and handle as described.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Background investigation and drug screening required.

• Lifting, carrying, pushing & pulling up to 75 lbs.
• Standing and constant upright posture while working at benches, machinery, or operating equipment.
• Stooping: frequently bending body downward and forward; full use of lower extremities and back muscles.
• Reaching: frequently extending hands or arms in any direction.
• Handling: frequently seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hands.
• Fingering: frequently picking, pinching or otherwise working primarily with fingers.
• Feeling: occasionally noting attributes of objects by touch.
• Hearing: constantly perceiving sounds.
• Near‑acuity vision: constant clarity of vision at 20 inches or less.
• Proximity to moving parts: exposure to potential injury from moving mechanical parts.
• Exposure to moderate noise levels, e.g., powered press brakes, shears, punches, grinders, sanders, compressors, forklifts, hammering.
