Screen Print Production Assistant​/Helper

Hittn’ Skins is hiring a Production Assistant in Orlando, Florida to support daily operations across our custom apparel, merchandise, print production, and fulfillment departments. This is a hands‑on position within a fast‑paced creative production environment working on projects for businesses, brands, restaurants, schools, events, automotive companies, streetwear labels, and promotional campaigns.

Production Assistants help maintain organization, workflow efficiency, quality control, packaging, and overall shop support throughout multiple areas of production including screen printing, embroidery, signage, promotional products, shipping, and finishing services. Responsibilities may include folding apparel, tagging garments, poly bagging, staging orders, organizing inventory, assisting production teams, preparing shipments, and supporting general shop operations as needed.

This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a collaborative production environment with shifting priorities and deadlines. Candidates with previous warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, print shop, or apparel production experience are encouraged to apply, though training may be available for motivated applicants looking to grow within the custom merchandise industry.
