Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $32.50/hr + 10% shift differential
Shift: 2nd – Mon-Thurs 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM | Fri 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Every other Friday off) Temp – Hire

What's a typical day as CNC Machine Operator? You'll be:
- Programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines (including lathes and mills)
- Inspecting precision parts to ensure the highest quality standards
- Troubleshooting machining issues and making necessary adjustments
- Supporting Lean/5S initiatives and maintaining a safe, organized work environment
- Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have CNC lathe experience machining parts up to 5–6 inches (REQUIRED)
- Are skilled in CNC programming using CAD/CAM software
- Can read blueprints and machine to tight tolerances
- Are able to set up and operate both CNC and manual mills/lathes independently with minimal supervision
- (Preferred) Have experience with multi-axis machining, Fanuc controls, Mastercam, BobCAD, and G-Code
- Possess macro programming experience or a willingness to learn
