Manufacturing Support Team Member

You will be the Manufacturing Support Team Member for the Manufacturing Support Team. Our team is responsible for supporting production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Support Team Member you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional manufacturing activities, facilitating self-directed work teams, and driving continuous process improvement. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate production planning and control activities.
• Implement total quality management initiatives.
• Provide training and mentorship to peers and teams.
• Manage material flow and support equipment engineering.
• Lead process reengineering and continuous improvement projects.

Basic Qualifications

• Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Microsoft office suite experience
• Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Desired Skills

• Degree focus in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or other degree major with relevant experience
• Experience with tracking and managing quality, and schedule in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working in a union environment
• Performance Management Team experience
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques
• Test and Assembly Experience

Pay Information
