- Perform technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation for total systems, covering all phases from concept to disposal.
- Convert customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that respect technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
- Conduct functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 2 years of related technical experience, or Master’s degree without prior experience.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Demonstrated experience with requirements analysis, development, and management.
- Proficiency with Rational DOORS or Cameo architecture development tool.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including developers, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency with both DOORS and Cameo.
- Demonstrated model‑based systems engineering experience.
- Ability to develop and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Understanding of software development methodologies.
Primary Level Salary Range: $79,300.00 – $. The range serves as a general guideline; final offers consider scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Employees may also be eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonuses, and, for senior positions, long‑term incentives. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company‑paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and personal business.
