Translucent Services is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join our field services team. This full-time role will perform on-site installations and upgrades of data storage platforms for customers within a 200-mile radius of Orlando, FL, with regular US travel.
You will collaborate with Support and Account teams, perform NDUs on Flash Array/Flash Blade, install hardware, and plan customer-site visits. Strong communication and customer-facing skills are essential.
