Pepsi Co is seeking a Reliability Execution Lead to oversee preventive and predictive maintenance across manufacturing lines in a dynamic plant environment. You will drive uptime, coach technicians, and lead reliability initiatives to improve asset performance and safety.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Lean Six Sigma experience, and at least one year of maintenance exposure in a food or beverage facility. Strong leadership and PLC familiarity are a plus.
