A company is seeking Maskers to prepare parts for the finishing process by applying masking tape, plugs, caps, lacquers, and protective coatings according to blueprints and work instructions. This role requires precision, patience, and the ability to work with small, detailed components while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Pay / Shift: Shift - 12:00pm-8:30pm (1st month for training will be 5:00am-1:30pm) M-F overtime is a requirement as needed. Sat 5am-1:30pm or sooner Pay - $18/hr

Qualifications:
- Ability to work 50 hours a week, including potential overtime.
- High school diploma.
- Capability to distinguish different colors for accurate color coordination.
- Experience working with small hand and power tools, and the ability to work under a magnifying glass.
Work Environment:
The work takes place in a plant that is not climate controlled, which means it can become very hot or cold depending on the season. Fans are provided throughout the facility. The masking department has a distinct smell due to chemicals, but masks can be worn if needed. The masking room is climate controlled, but you will be required to move between different environments.
The shift is from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm, with the first month of training from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime is required as needed, with potential Saturday shifts from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm or earlier.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
