Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Certified Tig Welders for immediate and upcoming projects in Orlando, FL. Pay is up to $29 an hour based on experience and skillset. The ideal candidate will have strong TIG welding skills, experience working from blueprints and specifications, and the ability to consistently produce clean, precise, high-quality welds.
Schedule- 10-hour shifts
- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Saturday & Sunday; subject to change
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and other metals as required.
- Fabricate, fit, assemble, and weld components according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding.
- Set up and adjust welding equipment based on material type and thickness.
- Inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, appearance, and compliance with quality standards.
- Use grinders, saws, drills, measuring tools, and other shop equipment.
- Maintain accurate production and inspection documentation.
- Follow all shop safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Complete a welding test before placement.
- Current TIG welding certification or applicable welding credentials.
- Proficiency welding stainless steel and aluminum; carbon steel experience is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift materials and work on feet for extended periods
- Must be able to pass drug screening
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication shop environment
- Experience with MIG, TIG, or Stick welding processes
- Mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic
- Exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and metal fabrication processes
- Safety-focused environment with required PPE
