Forklift Operator

CHEP, a global leader in sustainable supply chain solutions, is seeking a 1st Shift Forklift Operator for our Orlando, FL facility. In this role, you will safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and stage pallets, crates, and containers, supporting CHEP's share-and-reuse model. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trailers, performing equipment checks, following strict safety and quality standards, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

You'll work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment with opportunities to grow in logistics and operations while contributing to a more sustainable, circular supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to move, stack, and stage pallets, crates, and containers
• Load and unload trailers and trucks according to shipping and receiving requirements
• Inspect forklifts and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Follow CHEP and OSHA safety standards, including PPE and site procedures
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and support 5
• S/continuous improvement
• Assist with basic inventory counts, pallet quality checks, and documentation
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
• Report any product, equipment, or process issues to leadership in a timely manner
