Qualifications Must have 5-10 years of aviation experience.

Proven experience in mechanical assembly and aerospace manufacturing.

Strong troubleshooting skills in pneumatics and mechanical systems.

Familiarity with maintenance and repair practices for assembly equipment.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.

Proficient in shop math, including measurements and calculations.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
