Essential Responsibilities:
- Weighs, bags, grinds, labels, and packs packages coffee.
- Assist in the roasting preparation and production.
- Lifting of green, feeding beans into the hopper, oversight of the roaster profiles and schedule.
- Performs routine cleaning and maintenance of all coffee roastery & production equipment
- Participates in daily cupping to ensure quality output.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Assists in the shipping of goods as needed
- Communicates inventory levels to the manager.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to stand for 6 to 8 hours a day.
- Able to work in a warm/hot environment.
- Thoroughness, high productivity standards, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or 1- 2 years equivalent applicable work experience
- No prior experience necessary other than the strong desire to work.
