You’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and take pride in building things the right way. As a Headset Assembler, you’ll be a key part of our production team, assembling and fitting components to deliver headsets used in FPV and drone technology. You enjoy working with your hands, following precise instructions, and contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Bring

Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to quality. Ability to follow detailed work instructions, perform hands-on, repetitive assembly, and meet production expectations. Willingness to comply with ESD, safety, and quality standards. Manufacturing or electronics experience is a plus but not required.

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to perform detailed, repetitive tasks
• Ability to follow written and visual instructions
• Basic math skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods

Preferred:

• Electronics or manufacturing assembly experience
• Experience with small components or soldering
• Familiarity with production environments
• Photonics course certificates/degree programs and or enrollment preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role is performed in a manufacturing and electronics assembly environment where electrostatic discharge (ESD) controls are required. Employees will work with sensitive electronic components and must always follow established ESD safety protocols.

The work setting may be fast-paced and requires sustained focus, precision, and attention to detail. The environment includes the use of hand tools, electronic testing equipment, and designated ESD-safe workstations.

Physical and environmental requirements include:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements
• Ability to handle small, delicate electronic components
• Ability to visually inspect components and assemblies, including close-up detail work
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 lbswith or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work in a production environment with moderate noise levels
