Joining the talented Client Solutions team at #TeamIZEA, the Media Director will play a critical leadership role in shaping how brands scale and succeed in the creator economy. The role involves setting the media direction across large or multiple accounts, aligning cross‑channel media strategy with broader marketing and influencer initiatives, and driving measurable business impact. The Media Director will manage significant media investments and serve as a strategic partner to senior clients while ensuring performance excellence across platforms.
Responsibilitiesand Contributions
- Set and lead cross‑channel paid media strategy that complements and amplifies influencer and creator‑led campaigns across major client accounts
- Own strategic oversight of large and complex media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation, strong ROI, and alignment to client business objectives
- Lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media programs across platforms including Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, Pinterest, and emerging channels
- Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, building trusted relationships and guiding media investment decisions with data‑driven recommendations
- Mentor and develop Paid Media Managers and Specialists, establishing best practices, elevating team capabilities, and fostering a high‑performance culture
- Partner cross‑functionally with Client Services, Strategy, Creative, and Influencer teams to deliver integrated, cohesive marketing solutions
- Contribute to forecasting, financial planning, and P&L awareness, supporting sustainable growth and operational excellence
- 7+ years of experience managing paid media programs, with responsibility for large budgets and multi‑account portfolios
- Proven ability to set media strategy and lead end‑to‑end execution across multiple social and digital platforms
- Deep knowledge of paid social, influencer amplification, and how creator content drives performance across the funnel
- Strong performance and ROI orientation, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and clear client narratives
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with confidence engaging at the Director and executive level

Salary range: $120,000‑130,000 based on overall knowledge, skills and abilities aligned to the role. This range is subject to change.
