The Brand Strategy group has an opening for a Brand Manager
. As the Brand Manager, you ll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our brand vision and strategy for the flagship Club Wyndham and World Mark brands. A passionate and collaborative thinker, you ll spearhead the day-to-day implementation of brand marketing plans, ensuring alignment with our objectives. Armed with superior communication and organizational skills, you ll adeptly manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, serving as the liaison with internal stakeholders and external agencies and partners, including Margaritaville Enterprises, to meet project deadlines and creative needs.
This role will be focused on enhancing the brand s impact, resonance, and performance in the market.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Development:
Develop, support, and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals, vision and objectives. - Brand Strategy & Development:
Build annual brand marketing plans and deploy the brand strategically for immediate business growth and long-term sustainability. - Brand Strategy & Development:
Leverage research and consumer insights to identify market trends and understand customer preferences to ensure the brand resonates with target audiences. - Brand Strategy & Development:
Manage the development of brand elements and foundations to ensure consistency and alignment with overall brand strategy. - Brand Strategy & Development:
Develop positive relationships and collaborate closely with Wyndham Hotels counterparts and cross-functional teams in creative, operations, marketing, communications, sales and other functions. - Brand Activations:
Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns that promote the brand across both digital and traditional channels. - Brand Activations:
Lead the planning and execution of experiential campaigns and events that drive brand awareness, lead generation, engagement and other business objectives. - Brand Activations:
Utilize research insights to inform and activate experience opportunities. - Brand Activations:
Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to maximize brand visibility and engagement. - Brand Activations:
Facilitate creative needs, provide feedback, and ensure that deliverables meet assigned deadlines. - Brand Governance:
Ensure brand consistency, differentiation, and relevance in the market. - Brand Governance:
Understand brand guidelines and oversee their implementation. - Brand Governance:
Demonstrate brand visual understanding and perspectives within imagery and video. - Brand Governance:
Ensure brand messaging, tone, and visual identity are consistent across all touchpoints. - Brand Performance Monitoring:
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand health metrics. - Brand Performance Monitoring:
Use data insights to optimize campaign efforts and refine brand foundations. - Brand Performance Monitoring:
Provide actionable recommendations based on customer feedback, market trends, and performance analytics.
