Joining the talented Account Management team at #TeamIZEA, the Account Supervisor
, will play a critical role in leading influencer marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, ensuring client success, campaign excellence, and team development along the way. You will have a mix of client leadership, project management, and influencer marketing expertise, plus the ability to inspire confidence both internally and externally.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, anticipating needs, addressing questions, and influencing decision making with thoughtful recommendations.
- Oversee day‑to‑day campaign execution, ensuring milestones are met on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- Lead the development of creator briefs and guide influencer selection and onboarding to ensure brand integrity and campaign success.
- Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, providing data‑driven insights and optimizations that deliver ROI and elevate results.
- Partner with internal teams across creative, strategy, and operations to deliver high‑quality campaign work that exceeds client expectations.
- Contribute to proposal development, solution ideation, and growth strategies for existing accounts.
- Share industry insights, best practices, and brand knowledge to strengthen overall campaign strategy and client recommendations.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of spend and margin while identifying opportunities to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Gain exposure to contract terms and client negotiations, developing the skills to manage escalations and complex client needs.
- Train and mentor Senior Associates and Associates, helping them build expertise in client and influencer management aligned to the IZEA way.
- Own project execution while fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
- Demonstrate leadership through proactive problem solving, client advocacy, and delivering work that reflects IZEA’s standard of excellence.
Your background and experience will lead to success
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related client service roles, with demonstrated success managing campaigns and client relationships in technology, gaming, consumer electronics, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the technology and gaming creator ecosystem, including You Tube, Twitch, Tik Tok, and emerging creator platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, client‑centric approach.
- Experience collaborating across teams and managing internal workflows with attention to detail.
- Passion for technology, gaming culture, creator ecosystems, and delivering meaningful business impact for clients.
