Hourly Rate: $40‑$43
AboutThe Role
This is a marketing strategy role, not a PR position. You'll build integrated communications plans and collaborate cross‑functionally to launch retail offers and promotions across multiple audiences and channels. Day‑to‑day, you'll manage projects at various stages—from developing tactical briefs to aligning a large group of channel partners around a single campaign plan. Current projects include launching new ticket, hotel, and vacation package offers across paid, owned, and on‑property touchpoints.
WhatWe're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, communications planning, or account planning — agency or internal marketing background strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build integrated comms plans and manage multi‑channel campaign launches
- Strong collaborator who can bring diverse teams and stakeholders into alignment
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Travel, tourism, or entertainment experience a plus
