Manager, Marketing – Communications Planning | Major Theme Park Client (Contract) ? Orlando, FL | Hybrid | Full-Time Contract
Scope: 6-month w2 contract with high potential to extend, includes options for medical, dental, and vision benefits + PTO.
Hourly Rate Range: $40-$43.
Our client is looking for a Manager of Marketing Communications Planning to join the Guest Experience team — a central hub that shapes how guests engage with the destination from booking through their on-property experience.
AboutThe Role
You’ll manage post-booking guest communications and on-property marketing initiatives including new attraction and restaurant launches, hotel announcements, on-property signage, billboards, and airport displays. Day-to-day you’ll juggle multiple projects at various stages, write tactical briefs, and serve as the connective tissue between business partners, operations, digital, and the internal creative team.
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of communications planning experience at an agency or internal marketing team
- Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for accuracy across guest-facing materials
- Proactive communicator who isn’t afraid to take charge and give direction
- Able to manage shifting priorities and multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Theme park, travel, tourism, or operations experience a strong plus
